Sarah Wang RA, AIA
Sarah (Xiaopeng) Wang is the founding principal of XP Design Studio , a multi-disciplinary architecture and design firm located in Manhattan NY. Sarah was born and raised in China where she graduated from Zhejiang University, a top-ranked University in China with a Bachelor of Architecture degree. She lived in Japan for a year during her senior year as an exchange student at Nagoya University. She also interned at SANAA, a Pritzker Prize winning architectural firm. After graduation, Sarah moved to the United States and earned her Master of Architecture degree from the University of Pennsylvania, Graduate School of Design.
Sarah spent 11 years working as a licensed architect in New York City. Her previous professional experience includes high end residential, institutional, arts, and hospitality projects with Gluckman Tang Architects, and Ennead Architects as Project Architect and Project Manager. She started her own practice in 2019 eventually.
